This service is designed to take the stress out of marketing your business, allowing you to focus on what you do best while we handle sharing your advertising content across the Mamahood platform.

Once you switch to We Advertise, we will provide you with a list of the information we need from you to set up your advertising posts.
You will supply your own marketing content, including your images, artwork, promotional text, offers, and links. Our team will use the information you provide to create your advertising posts within our system and schedule them across the relevant Mamahood Facebook groups.

While we may make small edits where necessary for formatting, spelling, grammar, clarity, or engagement purposes, advertisers remain responsible for providing their own advertising material and content.

Your posts will then be shared across all the relevant Mamahood Facebook groups nationwide throughout the week, ensuring your business gets the visibility it deserves.
We know how busy you are, and that’s why we’re here to help you maintain consistent visibility without the hassle of posting manually every day.

You have the flexibility to choose how you would like to manage your advertising content:

Single Post Setup:
Send us one completed advertising post (including your text and images), and we will schedule that post to repeat across the relevant groups.
You can keep the same post active for an extended period and submit updated content when you would like to refresh your advertising.

Updates allowed: You may request up to 1 post change per calendar week. Additional changes may be scheduled for the next available update window.

Weekly Rotation:
Send us up to 5 completed advertising posts (typically one for each weekday), and we will load them as a recurring weekly rotation.
This option allows you to maintain a consistent presence with fresh content throughout the week.

Updates allowed: One full set refresh per calendar month (replacing the Monday-Friday set once per month).
Minor corrections such as spelling mistakes, broken links, or phone number changes can be made as needed and do not count as a full refresh.

Time for a Pause

We understand that sometimes you need a break, and we’re here to help!

If you’d like to put your advertising on hold, you can do so for up to 4 months.

If you find you need a longer break than 4 months, no worries! You can cancel your current contract and sign up again whenever you’re ready.
Just keep in mind that the pricing may change, so your current fee might not apply when you rejoin.

To proceed with putting your account on hold, simply fill out and submit the form below.
Your account will be updated within 24 hours, and your account won’t be charged for the number of months you choose to have your account on hold.

If you’ve decided to cancel your advertising subscription, we understand that sometimes things change and we want to make the process as smooth as possible for you!

Here’s what you need to know:

• Our subscriptions operate on an auto-renewal system. If you decide not to continue, please remember to cancel before your next payment date to avoid being charged again.
  (Your payment date is the same date of the month or year that you signed up on).

• All cancellations require 1 working day to process. To ensure you avoid any new charges, please submit your request at least 2 days before your next payment date.

• Keep in mind that if you are on our debit order system, cancellations cannot be processed between the 25th and the end of each month. During this period, the debit order batch has already been submitted to the banks for processing and cannot be changed.
  If you cancel during this period, it will be treated as if you cancelled on the 1st of the following month, and your debit order will only be cancelled for the end of that month.

• To cancel your subscription, you must complete the form below. Sending an email to Mamahood will not be considered a valid cancellation request.

• If you’ve missed cancelling before your payment date and your subscription has automatically renewed, you can still cancel your contract so that it doesn’t renew again. However, please note that we cannot refund the recent payment.

• If there’s an outstanding balance on your account, this must be settled before we can finalise your cancellation. Mamahood will continue to charge your account until the balance is paid.

    By submitting this cancellation form, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding the cancellation of your advertising subscription with Mamahood:
    
    Advertising Access:
    Once your subscription is cancelled, you will no longer be able to advertise in the Mamahood Facebook groups.
    
    Cancellation Effectiveness:
    Cancellations take until the next working day to process, so your cancellation will take effect on the next working day after you submit the form. Please make sure to cancel at least 2 working days before your next invoice date to avoid incurring further fees on your account. Please note that you will not be refunded for the remainder of your term.
    
    Auto-Renewed Subscriptions:
    If you miss the cancellation deadline before your payment date and your subscription has automatically renewed, cancelling your contract will prevent renewal for another term but will not affect the current term, and we cannot refund the recent payment.
    
    Cancellation on Payment Date:
    Our subscriptions operate on an auto-renewal system. All cancellations require until the next working day to process. If you submit your cancellation on the same day as your payment date, your subscription will renew automatically, and you will remain responsible for payment for the new term. Please ensure cancellation requests are submitted before your payment date to avoid further charges.
    
    Cancellation Timing for Debit Orders:
    If you are on our debit order system, please note that cancellations cannot be processed between the 25th and the end of each month. During this period, the debit order batch has already been submitted to the banks for processing and cannot be changed. Cancellations made during this time will be treated as if they were made on the 1st of the following month, and your debit order will only be cancelled for the end of that month.
    
    Outstanding Balances:
    If there is an outstanding balance on your account, it must be settled before we can finalize your cancellation. Mamahood will continue to charge your account until the balance is paid, and you grant permission for us to continue charging your card or debit order for this purpose.
    
    By proceeding with this cancellation, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms.
